Jack Reacher morphs into an international man of mystery in his new outing, heading to Paris and London in search of a renegade sniper he sent to prison back when he was a military cop. Jack teams up with a young CIA agent who pops antianxiety meds and talks like a movie character (and reminds Jack of a former colleague he couldn’t keep from getting killed). Lee Child manages to play with his formula while producing yet another satisfying page-turner. B+ (Review on EW.com)
