Robert Schenkkan’s All The Way, now playing at the American Repertory Theater in Cambridge, Mass., offers the ultimate wonk’s tour of the first year of Lyndon B. Johnson’s presidency, led by an impressive, foulmouthed and physical performance by Bryan Cranston. The Breaking Bad star blusters and booms his way through the role in a show that seems destined for Broadway. The play is very good, but in its current state is probably just a heartbeat (or two) away from greatness. Check out my full review at EW.com
